This is my go to book for so many wonderful recipes. My kids love the pancakes I make, (recipe can be found on page 55) for weekend breakfasts. For an added touch I will add some cinnamon and some mini chocolate chips or top with bananas warmed in syrup. Something simple, but boy are they delicious.
